When Shopping For a healthy Nut Butter, it is important to read the Nutrition Label.
The ingredients should not be more than 2 ingredients.
I personally make sure that my Peanut Butter or Almond Butter only lists one ingredient.... Peanuts, or Almonds.
Look for Raw Almonds or Raw peanuts.
Avoid the Big Name Nut Butters which are made with High fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and other junk ingredients.
