How the medical model uses fradulent science to deceive the public as well as healthcare professionals

A couple of weeks ago the main stream media went nuts with a deceptive study trying to link omega 3's with prostate cancer.

One deceptive headline read
"Men who take fish oil omega-3 supplements at 71% higher risk of prostate cancer: study"

What the media didn't focus on is that the participants used for this study already had cancer and some of them had family histories of prostate cancer !!

Another problem with this study is that they measured blood plasma levels of DHA which is not a good indicator of dietary habits because blood levels only show what was recently consumed and does not tell you how often DHA is consumed in that persons diet.

No one investigated or recorded where the source of DHA was coming from. What foods were they eating? What supplements were they taking? How was the food prepared? Fried ? Baked ? Raw?
(cooking destroys essential fatty acids !!)

Did they even use supplements?

Did the cancer cause a rise in DHA levels? or Did the DHA cause cancer?

This was obviously a terribly conducted study and I think that it was meant to scare people away from supplementing with Essential Fatty acids.

The thing that I want people to realize is that Essential Fatty acids are ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH. WITHOUT THEM YOU DEGENERATE AND DIE.

Every cell in your body requires them to maintain their cell membranes including brain cells.

These scientists and doctors who make comments like the ones below either do not understand basic
biochemistry and how a proper study should be conducted or they are bought and paid for by pharmaceutical companies with vested interest.

"We've shown once again that use of nutritional supplements may be harmful"

"For the most part, doctors do not recommend this stuff because it is unclear what the true benefits are for most of the supplements that people take."

There are many studies showing that Omega 3 fatty acids are beneficial in the prevention of cancer !!
Do a google scholar search and you will see many studies supporting this.

Fatty Liver Disease

1 out of 3 americans are dealing with Fatty Liver disease.

Fatty liver disease means that the liver has accumulated fat.

One of the main reasons fatty liver disease develops is because of the high consumption of refined sugar consumption (especially fructose and high fructose corn syrup)

The liver processes fructose and can be overburdened by a high intake of this.

Fructose is fruit sugar and is in every fruit, fruit juice.
High fructose corn syrup is in every soft drink and many sweetened processed foods.

Stay away from them.

Stay away from even fruit juices even if they are freshly squeezed and organic.

Strengthen your digestive system to be able to process your food better.

Take a good quality probiotic. Choose one that has multiple strains and take them on an empty stomach (when stomach acid is low) A good time to take them is before bed and as soon as you wake up. Take 20 billion units per day.

Take digestive enzymes and 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar after all of your meals. These will help you break down your food and make it easier to digest and absorb.

Take lecithin in a liquid form. This is extremely important because lecithin will separate fat into smaller particles making it easier for the body to process and lessen the livers work. (look for sunflower lecithin or gmo free soy lecithin)

Get a high quality multivitamin

Take B-complex vitamins

Vitamin E-mixed tocopherols-400 IU/day

Eat less calories.

Try fasting once per week.

Really important nutrients that can protect your liver:

Milk thistle

Extra virgin coconut oil is a great fat to eat on a daily basis because it is made up of mct oil.
MCT oil does not get processed in the liver and is a quick energy source.

Stay away from insulin spiking carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit juices, and sodas.

Eat lots of vegetables with every meal.

You will know you are doing well when you start losing weight.
