Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, Attorney Alan Phillips, and special guest Dr. Suzanne Humphries, co-author of "Dissolving Illusions, Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History," as they discussed Dr. Humphries' experiences in her former medical practice with vaccine-induced kidney damage, the increased use of vaccines generally in seriously ill patients, hospital administrators' inability to accept scientific proof that vaccines are harming hospital patients, why Dr. Humphries left a lucrative medical practice, why other medical professionals may have difficulty leaving the mainstream healthcare system even when they disagree with the system, why we have never needed vaccines, what the real keys to longevity and health are, what historical records tell us about vaccines, how forced vaccination of healthcare workers may change the healthcare system, the importance of vitamin C in attaining and maintaining good health, and more!

Non medical approach to lowering your blood pressure
If I had high blood pressure I would use this device. You wear it on your wrist and you can monitor your blood pressure throughout the day. If you see that your blood pressure is high take a break...take 5 minutes to take deep breaths. Breath (deeply and slowly) in through your nose and out through your mouth. Deep breathing can lower your blood pressure instantly...why didn't the doctor tell you that?
To find out more ways to lower your blood pressure without medication

Trouble shooting your Asthma and nutritional solutions
When you have Asthma it means that your immune system has been activated. It is an inflammatory response that constricts your bronchioles which can result in coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and/or chest tightness.
Medical doctors treat this condition with dangerous immune suppressing steroidal drugs.
I think it is an unwise idea to shut down the body's immune system. When we shut down the body's immune system we are more susceptible to sickness and/or disease. We are playing with fire when we do such things.
I do believe there is use for these type of drugs for emergency purposes and people with asthma should have these on hand incase of severe asthmatic attack.
If you would like to figure out how to solve this chronic problem though there is a way to do so.
Since asthma is the result of the immune system being activated, we want to find out what is activating the immune system. What is getting into the body that is causing this inflammatory immune response ?
There are only 3 ways that things can get into the body. Through the nose, mouth, or skin.
1) You can inhale something that causes an immune response.
2) You can absorb something through the skin (rare).
3) You can eat something that is causing an immune response.
The majority of the time it is what we are eating that is causing an immune response.
The most common food allergens or immune activating foods are dairy, wheat, peanuts, and soy, but any food (no matter how healthy)can cause an immune response.
The first strategy is to find out what food is causing your immune system to be activated and eliminate that food.
The second strategy is to use anti-inflammatory nutrients.
The most effective way to find out what food is triggering your asthma is to keep a food diary.
Write down every food or drink that you ingest and the time that you eat it.
You should also write down how you feel after you eat that food. 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours after you eat that food.
Look for digestive symptoms like gassiness, bloating, belching, indigestion, heart burn.
Look for any skin reactions.
Look for any other reactions in the body including the asthma.
If I had asthma I would take advantage of these excellent digestive strengthening and anti-inflammatory supplements.

Do you have Season Allergies?
My wife suffers from Seasonal allergies every year. She is allergic to the over the counter antihistamines so she cannot use them. I gave her some nutritional remedies that worked pretty well.
Most of her symptoms cleared up within 2 1/2 days !!
I gave her:
1 Fish oil/day
(has anti-inflammatory properties)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/dha.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
2 Quercetin/day (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch)
(has antihistamine like effects)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/supplements/quercetin.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
3 vitamin C/day (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch, 1 with dinner)
(immune strengthening support)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/vitamin_c.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
2 Vitamin D/day (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch)
(immune strengthening support)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/d_vitamind.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
2 multivitamins (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch)
(gives your body the basic vitamins & minerals needed to work optimally)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/daily_energy.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
2 probiotics (2 before bedtime)
(builds the intestinal "friendly bacteria" which assists the immune system)
http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/super_dophilus.php/#a_aid=wellnessid
* Also try fresh ginger tea
* digestive enzymes for their anti-inflammatory affects (taken away from meals)
When digestive enzymes are taken with food they assist in digestion, when they are taken away from meals they have anti inflammatory affect on the body.
I also gave her a hepa filter which purifies the air in her room from pollen, dust, and mold.

Skip The Shot, Sleep, Relax, And Nutrify!!
It is Flu and Cold Season. How do you build your immune system so that it has the best chance in fighting invading bacterias and viruses?
We have to insure that we are taking in all of the essential nutrients that are body needs to operate at its optimal potential.
We have to insure that we are well rested, and take a couple of times throughout the day to practice deep breathing.
Before I begin, I do want to say that the flu vaccine is not a nutrient. The body does not need it for optimum immune system functioning. I believe that it compromises your immune system, and it actually works very hard to detoxify all those heavy metals and other toxins found inside it.
Like Dr Tenpenny says "Health doesn't come thru a needle"
Our first goal is to make our reptilian brain (our lower brain that deals with survival) feel safe.
When the body is under stress it shuts down the immune system and the digestive system. It does this because it is in fight or flight mode. During Fight or flight mode the immune system and digestive system are not important because the body is prepared to fight or run.
You can tell the body that it is safe by practicing deep breathing, stretching, doing yoga, listening to soft music, massaging yourself, or meditating. The body will not heal or be able to take care of invaders if it's under stress. It will work at it's best when it feels safe.
So get plenty of sleep and practice deep breathing throughout the day. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth at least 10 times. Do it before you get out of bed, do it while you are on the train, do it before lunch time, when you come home from work.
You must also get all the proper nutrients that you need while avoiding bad foods.
Eat a wide range of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Try to eat different colored fruits and veggies.
Taste the rainbow.....
Eat raw nuts and seeds. Eat plenty of high quality protein like eggs and whey protein.
Get yourself on a good quality multivitamin.
Make sure you are taking 1,000 -2,000 IU of Vitamin D/day
Make sure you are taking 1,000mg Vitamin C/day in divided doses.
Zinc (50mg) and selenium (200mcg) are also a must.
If you feel that you are coming down with something Stay away from sugar !!
Bacteria love sugar. They thrive off of it.
No fruit juices, sugar, honey, agave nectar, syrup. high fructose corn syrup....nothing sweet !!

Dont make this Common Mistake When your child is sick
When your child is sick don't make the common mistake of giving your child Orange Juice (or any fruit juice for that matter)
Orange juice is one of the worst things that you can give a child that has a cold.
Bacteria feed off of Sugar and Fruit juice is loaded with sugar !!
The best thing to give someone who is sick is High Protein.
Your immune system is made up of proteins, so it would make sense to up the protein intake during this time.
Organic Whole eggs, chicken soup made with bones and Whey Protein are all excellent sources of Protein.
I would also take 1000 mg of Vitamin C and 2000 IU of Vitamin D (for adults)
300 mg Vitamin C & 500 IU Vitamin D (for children)
I would also add spices to my foods like cayenne pepper, oregano, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
Eat Raw garlic & onions.
Drink freshly squeezed lemon & lime juice
Take probiotics before bed time when stomach acid is at it's lowest. (make sure to have stopped eating 2 hours before taking the probiotics)
Get Plenty of Rest !!

Natural remedies for Yeast or Fungal Infections
Yeast and funguses love sugar. That is what makes them grow. Restricting your sugar intake in all forms is the first thing you must do if you have a yeast infection or fungal infection. This includes sodas, juices, honey, sugar, and even fruit.
Take a probiotic supplement that contains multiple strains of live bacteria. Probiotics are the "good bacteria" that live in your digestive tract. It is important to have these "friendly bacterias" populating your gut to prevent "bad bacteria" from populating there instead.
I would advise eating a couple of cloves of raw garlic everyday. Garlic has antifungal properties. (add some to your yogurt)
I would also add cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, wild oregano, and cloves to my diet.
If I had a fungal infection I would use tea tree oil topically. (do not ingest tea tree oil !!)
My Favorite probiotic is "Super Dophilus" from Wellness Resources click on the banner below to visit their site
