Non medical approach to lowering your blood pressure

 
If I had high blood pressure I would use this device. You wear it on your wrist and you can monitor your blood pressure throughout the day. If you see that your blood pressure is high take a break...take 5 minutes to take deep breaths. Breath (deeply and slowly) in through your nose and out through your mouth. Deep breathing can lower your blood pressure instantly...why didn't the doctor tell you that?
