The Proper way to poop

Educational video about the effects of improper toilet posture and how it can affect your health. How toilet posture can help with straining issues such as Hemorrhoids, Pelvic organ prolapse and constipation with squatting to eliminate. A great healthy solution.

Humans were not designed to sit on a toilet. They were meant to eliminate wastes by squatting. When you sit down on a toilet your puberectalis muscle presses on your rectum, making it harder for waste to pass through. When you squat your rectum is properly aligned with your colon for easier elimination. If you are struggling at the toilet (and even if you are not) try placing your feet on a small stool while you are sitting on the toilet so that your legs are elevated just enough so that your rectum is not being choked by your puberectalis muscle.
(watch the video to get a visualization of this)
