Can't give up cheese? Maybe it's the morphine?

Wellness Resources

Yes there is a morphine compound in dairy products called Casomorphine. It is released from the milk protein casein as it is broken down in the digestive tract. Casomorphine has one tenth the strength of morphine. Cheeses have the highest concentrations of it, especially mould cheeses (the stinkier kind such as brie & Rokpol)

It is found in all mamallian breast milk including human. Scientists believe that it is there as a survival mechanism for babies. It ensures that the babies drink the milk by addicting them to it. It is also responsible for the soothing and sedating effect on babies.

Can this be why so many people can not give up cheese?

Although there is Casomorphine in dairy products, there have been no known studies showing it is addictive.

Japanese Women Now Wearing diapers?

For the first time in history adult diaper sales in japan are outselling baby diaper sales. This is do to the increase in the elderly population,  as well as a new trend that is forming amongst japanese adults who want to save time by not going to the bathroom during work or at places like the casino.

"One 25-year-old woman, who would only be identified under a pseudonym, has been wearing a diaper to work at a real estate agency almost every day for the last six months. She does it to save time and the trouble of going to the washroom. She doesn't wear one when she's with her boyfriend and only wears them under a skirt because pants make it too obvious."

Laziness has reached its ultimate high. Will this trend reach America?

Alum The Natural Deodorant Scam

Alot of people have been fooled into thinking that those natural mineral salt deodorants made with "Alum" do not contain aluminum.  Alum is actually Potassium Aluminum Sulfate.  Aluminum is Aluminum is Aluminum is Aluminum. So Yes, It contains Aluminum. When they mean they dont contain aluminum they are probably refering to not containing aluminum chlorohydrate, aluminum chloride, aluminum hydroxybromide or
aluminum zirconium. This is definently misleading.

Deadly new pertussis strain linked with whooping cough vaccine

Whooping cough (pertussis) has reached epidemic levels in the U.S. the highest in five decades. Considering a majority of those who contract the disease are vaccinated, the absurdity of the call for increased pertussis vaccinations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is yet another example of our broken medical system. Even more disturbing, scientists now suspect that vaccines are actually causing this upsurge in whooping cough contributing to mutations of the original bacterium into more virulent forms.

Skip The Shot, Sleep, Relax, And Nutrify!!

It is Flu and Cold Season. How do you build your immune system so that it has the best chance in fighting invading bacterias and viruses?

We have to insure that we are taking in all of the essential nutrients that are body needs to operate at its optimal potential.

We have to insure that we are well rested, and take a couple of times throughout the day to practice deep breathing.

Before I begin, I do want to say that the flu vaccine is not a nutrient. The body does not need it for optimum immune system functioning. I believe that it compromises your immune system, and it actually works very hard to detoxify all those heavy metals and other toxins found inside it.

Like Dr Tenpenny says "Health doesn't come thru a needle"

Our first goal is to make our reptilian brain (our lower brain that deals with survival) feel safe.
When the body is under stress it shuts down the immune system and the digestive system. It does this because it is in fight or flight mode. During Fight or flight mode the immune system and digestive system are not important because the body is prepared to fight or run.

You can tell the body that it is safe by practicing deep breathing, stretching, doing yoga, listening to soft music, massaging yourself, or meditating. The body will not heal or be able to take care of invaders if it's under stress. It will work at it's best when it feels safe.

So get plenty of sleep and practice deep breathing throughout the day. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth at least 10 times. Do it before you get out of bed, do it while you are on the train, do it before lunch time, when you come home from work.

You must also get all the proper nutrients that you need while avoiding bad foods.

Eat a wide range of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Try to eat different colored fruits and veggies.
Taste the rainbow.....

Eat raw nuts and seeds. Eat plenty of high quality protein like eggs and whey protein.

Get yourself on a good quality multivitamin.

Make sure you are taking 1,000 -2,000 IU of Vitamin D/day
Make sure you are taking 1,000mg Vitamin C/day in divided doses.

Zinc (50mg) and selenium (200mcg) are also a must.

If you feel that you are coming down with something Stay away from sugar !!
Bacteria love sugar. They thrive off of it.
No fruit juices, sugar, honey, agave nectar, syrup. high fructose corn syrup....nothing sweet !!
