You Are Dehydrated First Thing In The Morning

After waking up from an 8 hour sleep your body is dehydrated.  Make sure you drink enough water when you wake up. When you are dehydrated your blood volume is low. Drink water to increase your blood volume which will provide you with more nutrients and oxygen. It will also help eliminate waste through urination.

Water will also dilute your blood sugar which is especially important for Diabetics. Make sure your are drinking filtered water.  Preferably water that has filtered fluoride out of it. If you do not have a fluoride filter at least have a filter that filters chlorine, arsenic, lead, rust and other particles out of it. Whatever you do, do not drink TAP WATER straight from the faucet !! Unless you want to lower your IQ .....
