1 out of 3 americans are dealing with Fatty Liver disease.
Fatty liver disease means that the liver has accumulated fat.
One of the main reasons fatty liver disease develops is because of the high consumption of refined sugar consumption (especially fructose and high fructose corn syrup)
The liver processes fructose and can be overburdened by a high intake of this.
Fructose is fruit sugar and is in every fruit, fruit juice.
High fructose corn syrup is in every soft drink and many sweetened processed foods.
Stay away from them.
Stay away from even fruit juices even if they are freshly squeezed and organic.
Strengthen your digestive system to be able to process your food better.
Take a good quality probiotic. Choose one that has multiple strains and take them on an empty stomach (when stomach acid is low) A good time to take them is before bed and as soon as you wake up. Take 20 billion units per day.
Take digestive enzymes and 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar after all of your meals. These will help you break down your food and make it easier to digest and absorb.
Take lecithin in a liquid form. This is extremely important because lecithin will separate fat into smaller particles making it easier for the body to process and lessen the livers work. (look for sunflower lecithin or gmo free soy lecithin)
Get a high quality multivitamin
Take B-complex vitamins
Vitamin E-mixed tocopherols-400 IU/day
Eat less calories.
Try fasting once per week.
Really important nutrients that can protect your liver:
NAC
Milk thistle
Extra virgin coconut oil is a great fat to eat on a daily basis because it is made up of mct oil.
MCT oil does not get processed in the liver and is a quick energy source.
Stay away from insulin spiking carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit juices, and sodas.
Eat lots of vegetables with every meal.
You will know you are doing well when you start losing weight.
Exercise !!
Try my whey protein shake for breakfast !!

Trouble shooting your Asthma and nutritional solutions
When you have Asthma it means that your immune system has been activated. It is an inflammatory response that constricts your bronchioles which can result in coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and/or chest tightness.
Medical doctors treat this condition with dangerous immune suppressing steroidal drugs.
I think it is an unwise idea to shut down the body's immune system. When we shut down the body's immune system we are more susceptible to sickness and/or disease. We are playing with fire when we do such things.
I do believe there is use for these type of drugs for emergency purposes and people with asthma should have these on hand incase of severe asthmatic attack.
If you would like to figure out how to solve this chronic problem though there is a way to do so.
Since asthma is the result of the immune system being activated, we want to find out what is activating the immune system. What is getting into the body that is causing this inflammatory immune response ?
There are only 3 ways that things can get into the body. Through the nose, mouth, or skin.
1) You can inhale something that causes an immune response.
2) You can absorb something through the skin (rare).
3) You can eat something that is causing an immune response.
The majority of the time it is what we are eating that is causing an immune response.
The most common food allergens or immune activating foods are dairy, wheat, peanuts, and soy, but any food (no matter how healthy)can cause an immune response.
The first strategy is to find out what food is causing your immune system to be activated and eliminate that food.
The second strategy is to use anti-inflammatory nutrients.
The most effective way to find out what food is triggering your asthma is to keep a food diary.
Write down every food or drink that you ingest and the time that you eat it.
You should also write down how you feel after you eat that food. 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours after you eat that food.
Look for digestive symptoms like gassiness, bloating, belching, indigestion, heart burn.
Look for any skin reactions.
Look for any other reactions in the body including the asthma.
If I had asthma I would take advantage of these excellent digestive strengthening and anti-inflammatory supplements.

Aspirin linked to Eye disease
If you listen to your stupid doctor's advise you might end up blind. A new study conducted by the University of Sydney found an association between regular aspirin usage and Macular Degeneration.
While there is no doubt that aspirin has the ability to prevent you from getting a heart attack, is that really the wisest way to do it? I think that there is something wrong with the idea of using a drug to maintain your health. All pharmaceutical Drugs are toxic and need to be processed by the bodies poison control center...The liver. You are putting a heavy burden on your liver everytime you take a pharmaceutical drug whether its prescription or over the counter.
There are smarter stratgegies out there that I would use if I was worried about my cardiovascular health.
The first thing is obviously to eat a better diet & exercise
I would take a multivitamin and add additional Vitamin C, Magnesium , Selenium, Vitamin K, Omega 3 fatty acids, CoQ10, Vitamin E, and chromium.
I would use these at their theurapeutic dosages which are well above the RDA's.
* This is my opinion and what I would do for myself based on the research I have done, I am not a medical doctor (thank god) nor are these statements approved by the FDA.

Baby Carrots Are Cute But Are They Healthy?
Baby carrots are made by cutting down bigger deformed carrots into smaller sized carrots.
Cute right?
But what you might not know is that they are then placed in a Chlorine Solution that contains 50-150 ppm of Chlorine !!
Cute right?
But what you might not know is that they are then placed in a Chlorine Solution that contains 50-150 ppm of Chlorine !!
This Chlorine Solution is used to slow down the growth of bacteria, fungus, and viruses.
What affect does this Chlorine Solution have on our health? Im not sure, but i wouldn't want to consume it.Chlorine can kill the friendly bacteria (acidophilus) in our digestive system as well as Vitamin E, and essential fatty acids. When your friendly bacteria die, yeasts and other undesirable bacteria can grow leaving your immune system comprimised. One of the other important roles that your stomach bacteria has is to make vitamin K which helps in blood clotting. Avoid Baby Carrots or buy organic baby carrots. Organic growers use a non toxic solution called Citrox which is citrus based.
Eat regular sized organic carrots !!

Are your child's vitamins derived from coal, cyanide, and gym chalk?
Most of the vitamins out on the market are of low grade quality and can do you more harm than good. Where a vitamin comes from will have a great impact on your health. When we give vitamins to our children or take them ourselves our goal is to improve our health not hinder it. You want to avoid low-grade toxic forms. Just because a famous doctor or celebrity endorses them doesn’t mean they are good for you. It would be wise to avoid artificial colors, gummies, and cartoon characters. So called “children’s vitamins” are usually pure junk that are not absorbed well and loaded with toxins.
The best way to tell if a multivitamin is of low grade quality is to look for the form of Vitamin b12 that they are using. If the bottle says Cyanocobalamin put it back on the shelf. It is the cheapest form of vitamin b12 a company can use. When your body breaks down Cyanocobalamin it releases cyanide (a poison) into the bloodstream. Now your body has to work hard to expel this toxin from the body. When Cobalamin is released it has to be turned into either methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin before it can be used in the body. So look for Vitamin b12 as methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin. These are the forms your body can use more safely & effectively. If a multivitamin doesn’t specify which form of vitamin b12 it contains it is most likely Cyanocobalamin, so look elsewhere.
When it comes to Calcium there are many different sources available. If your Multivitamin consists of calcium carbonate you might be pleased to know that you are eating gym chalk. Calcium Carbonate is also one of the hardest forms of calcium to absorb. Elderly populations as well as others that have weak digestion will not be able to absorb this form of calcium well. Other cheap forms of Calcium are dolomite, oyster shell, bone meal and calcium gluconate which is made up of 9% calcium and 91% glucose. These forms of calcium have poor absorption which can lead to problems in the body because the calcium can calcify (harden) and form kidney stones, gallstones, or end up calcifying your arteries.
Calcium Taurate, microcrystalline hydroxyappetite (MCHC) and Coral Calcium from the ocean are excellent sources of calcium. Taurate is combined with calcium to help relax the nerves. MCHC can easily be absorbed by your bones because it is made up of small pieces of intact bone. There are two types of Coral Calcium, one obtained from coral reefs in the ocean and the other from coral reefs that have been washed up on land. The only one that should be taken is the one that is from the ocean waters. This coral calcium has a natural calcium to magnesium ration of 2:1 as well as other trace minerals. The one from the land usually has a depleted mineral content which vitamin companies have to fortify with cheap synthetic magnesium. You can usually tell it is the land version because the calcium to magnesium ratio will differ from Coral Calcium's natural 2:1 ratio.
Magnesium oxide is the most common form of magnesium that is used by supplement companies. It is a cheap form of magnesium that can do more harm than good. When magnesium oxide is broken down you need antioxidants to neutralize the oxides that are released. Furthermore the magnesium now needs something to transport it. Magnesium Malate is a better form of magnesium
If the Vitamin E that you are using has a dl-Alpha in front of it, most likely it is derived from Coal tar!! Better forms are D-Alpha Tocopherol and it is better to have a mix of them like beta, gamma, and delta Tocopherol.
