My wife suffers from Seasonal allergies every year. She is allergic to the over the counter antihistamines so she cannot use them. I gave her some nutritional remedies that worked pretty well.

When digestive enzymes are taken with food they assist in digestion, when they are taken away from meals they have anti inflammatory affect on the body.

I also gave her a hepa filter which purifies the air in her room from pollen, dust, and mold.
