Having problems with Dry Skin?

Are you having issues with dry skin?  Are you applying moisturizer to your skin just to keep it moisturized?

You will never solve your dry skin problem with moisturizers.

Using a moisturizer is one of the dumbest thing you can do for treating dry skin.

When you apply a moisturizer on your skin, your skin detects that there is moisture there so it stops producing the benefical oily substances that are needed for skin health. You will notice that the more moisturizer that you use the dryer your skin will get afterwards and you will have to reapply more and more lotion.

The major reason that people get dry skin is because they are deficient in essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are necessary for the healthy functioning of your skin.

Make sure you are eating foods that are high in essential fatty acids like omega 3's.

Eat plenty of walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and some low mercury containing fish.

I highly recommend a supplement called  Super Efa a very economical way of getting your essential fatty acids.
