Weightloss Strategies

If I wanted to lose weight I would use these supplements along with a High Protein/High Vegetable Diet.

Daily Protein  (choose Vanilla, Chocolate, or Strawberry)
This is one of the best protein supplements that I have seen. It does not contain any growth hormone or artificial sweeteners. Use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. You can drink it with Almond, Coconut, or regular Milk. You can add Banana and/or berries if you wish.
When ever you feel a craving for sugar....Go for the whey protein !!

Super Efa's- This is an excellent Essential Oil supplement.
                       When ever you are craving fats....Eat some Essential Fatty acids !!
                        Use as directed.

Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin- This is an excellent quality Multivitamin. It uses superior forms of Vitamins & minerals.
