My Recommendations For Weight Loss

If I wanted to lose weight I would use these supplements along with a High Protein/High Vegetable Diet.

Daily Protein Plus (choose Vanilla, Chocolate, or Strawberry)
It is whey protein with added fiber. Use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. You can drink it with Almond, Coconut, or regular Milk. You can add Banana and/or berries if you wish.
When ever you feel a craving for sugar....Go for the whey protein !!

Daily DHA -This is an excellent Fish Oil that is mercury free !!
                       When ever you are craving fats....Eat some Essential Fatty acids !!
                        Use as directed.

Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin- This is an excellent quality Multivitamin. It uses superior forms of Vitamins & minerals.
